"Fantastic Staff, and Location"

I love the place. It is very close to Khao san road. The location is perfect in the middle of Bangkok old town. The staff provided excellent service. Will definitely be back again.

The Best Boutique Hotel in Bangkok

We just spent 6 days in this great boutique hotel and will definitely go back. Very cosy with rooms that are all decorated uniquely and kept clean every day. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful providing suggestions or booking trips according to personal needs. Breakfast was marvelous and copious and the dinner was a pleasure for our tastebuds. Definitely a place I’d recommend to anyone who wants to get away from large chain hotels.

Good location, and the hotel is near China Town

Super hosts so friendly and kind hotel is spotlessly clean nice shower nice bed well located for visiting temples like the giant Buddha etc and close to china town for some madness the water festival was nuts.

Truly an incredible place and the hotel is near Khao San Road

Truly an incredible place. The rooms are breathtaking in their decorations, breakfast is excellent, but the service is beyond amazing. Due to bad planning we almost missed our train, and the whole staff sprang into action, calling several taxi companies until they managed to get us a ride and saving us from our own mistake. Don’t hesitate – make this your home in Bangkok.

Hotel has a great location close to Khao San road, the Grand Palace, Wat Arun

This is an old shop-house building from about 1880 or thereabouts which has been sympathetically restored and renovated they have decorated in the vintage-retro style throughout. This is a small boutique hotel. There is a rabbit theme as at least one of the owners was born in the year of the rabbit. The plastic foliage in the lobby/restaurant is quite extensive and unusual. The room was very quiet and comfortable with good aircon and also a dehumidifier in the room. The bed was large and very comfortable. The breakfast is a la carte which you have to order the night before. All the staff were great and very helpful. This area is a great location close to Khao san road the grand palace Wat Arun and all the old town areas. Parking is a bit of an issue as there are very limited places.

Great stay at this beautiful hotel

I am and my friend stay for 2 nights, and its really great stay at this beautiful hotel. I love my chinese style room, its so spacious and elegant inside, all the furniture is antique. Their breakfast is nice.. and ann and lee, is really great owner, they treat us like a family and explain everything about thai to us, also taro(manager) really helpfull and informative… i will come back again for sure! Yes nearby is really good to walk around and explore…

Charming and cozy little hotel

This is an amazing little boutique hotel in a lovely part of the old town. There is so much history to the building, the little street that it’s in as well as the owner and her family. The interior is so tasteful and each room is designed with lots of thought to the history of Thailand. Absolutely charming and cozy little hotel. And the service is amazing. Plus food is really good. You’ll find the staple classics as well as secret family recipes. This is what a boutique hotel suppose to be. Can’t wait to stay at the hotel again.

Beautiful boutique hotel in Bangkok

We stayed here for 5 nights over the New Year in the suite. It is a beautiful boutique hotel, full of history with each room decorated differently. What made the trip really special was Otaro the manager who went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay. Taking us out and showing us places to go in the local area; he really went the extra mile

Great boutique hotel in BKK

The hotel was in a great section of Bangkok. Also, the room was fabulous! Intimate & cozy….but the best were the staff. Everyone was so kind, generous & friendly. They showed us great places to visit…. I highly recommend this hotel to my fellow travelers…

Beautifully decorated hotel in Bangkok

What a wonderful stay with these lovely people. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the finish is of the highest quality and quirky/fun. Full of character !! The rooms are luxurious and comfortable. The general manager Taro is a lovely man and the owners Khun Lek & Khun Ann are exceptional. Such a kind couple and they even prepared a special Thai salad breakfast which was out of this world. Special mention should also be made of their wonderful honey from the bees of the Royal Palace. Not only was the hotel perfect but, In our opinion, the neighbourhood was the best we visited in Bangkok. Chic, arty, bohemian, understated classic cool. Everything you could want buy no one pushing it at you. A perfect stay. Thank you so much !!

Good hotel in the old town of Bangkok

The people at the hotel were incredibly nice. The service was excellent. They were really nice.
I stayed here for 2 nights the most comfortable and easy to access to the tourist spot and places to eat. The hotel is right in Phanakron Area & Khaosan road and everything is walking distance. The airport is just 30 minutes away. Great option for a stay in Old town. The bed is so comfortable (my most favorite)also great breakfast, the staffs is very attentive and helpful, they offered the helps to get my phone fixed I highly recommend and of course I will stay in De phanakron again when I go to Bangkok

Amazing hotel, everything is clean. They give you gigantic and tastful breakfast. Hotel is located in great part of city and staff is very kind. I just don’t have any negatives about this place.

Hotel located in a very old historical neighbourhood of Bangkok

De Phanakron is a very nicely tucked away hotel located in a very old historical neighbourhood of Bangkok. The interior designs dates back to several timelines in Thailand’s history. Each rooms offers a glimpse into the different eras of Thailand. The owner and the staff members of the hotel are also very kind and friendly. They will also be more than happy to provide you with information about neighbourhood, the room designs, the different eras in Thailand all the way to the inspiration of certain design choices of the hotel. Furthermore, the hotel also offers a very comfortable stay with very fresh and delicious cuisines. I therefore highly recommend this hotel if you’re ever in Bangkok and looking for a comfortable stay with both historical and cultural background. 🙂

Had lunch with an international friend at Kanin the Rabbit in De Phanakron Boutique Hotel. Thai food is super delicious. Musaman curry, Seabass fish with sweet chili sauce, Run Juan curry are tasty. Restaurant is really nice. Love the decorations and cozy atmosphere. hotel Delicious Thai food Recommend Ranjuan curry and massaman. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. Take beautiful photos from every angle Enter Soi Samsen 6, not far away, look to your left.
